Aggregation & Standardization

This is important step that determines the quality of the produce in the entire value chain. Quality assurance of the incoming produce prevent losses in both quantity and quality. Grains and pulses generally lose around 10 percent whereas in fruits & vegetables loss could be as high as 25%. Our process is customized to the product and ensure continual loss reduction with trained manpower, mechanization & better process.

Shelf-life Enhancement

A crucial component when handling and storing food products is their shelf life. Throughout the food handling process the quality and its nutrients should stay intact, fresh, and safe to consume. By modifying the product atmoshphere and through hygienic processing methods the shelf life of the products will be enhanced.

Moisture Reduction

Another important requirement to have an improved shelf life for food products is that they have very less moisture content. Our dehydration involves simultaneous transfer of mass and heat within the food and methods to make moisture move away from food.
